What is Time to God?

Hello Everyone!
First off, I'd like to apologize for not posting in so long... But I'm here now, and I'm going to post!
I hope everyone has had a great summer! Mine has been filled with loads of fun, and things not so fun... But mostly fun! LOL
God Bless You,
Isabella Esther.

What is time to God? Is a day like a second? A hour like... Nothing?
Time to God is different than time to us... Perhaps that is why we sometimes cannot see that His timing is perfect.
Us people, are very impatient... Especially when it comes to waiting for God to answer our prayers. But when waiting, we have to remind ourselves that His time is the perfect timing.
I myself am very impatient when it comes to waiting. I always want God's answer, soon as I'm done praying. But, it doesn't always work that way.
You have to have patience, and you have to listen. Let God do some of the talking.

A question often asked is, "Why does God make me wait?" What I have learned from my own waiting is that: through your waiting, you learn things, and you become stronger. And after you learn those things, and become stronger, you can help others by teaching them what you've learned.

Another important thing to remember is to try to make time for God everyday, by spending time in prayer, and reading your bible.
It can be hard to get into reading your bible and remembering to pray everyday... Trust me! Especially when you have a busy schedule... And even when you don't.
Reading my bible and praying everyday is something that I still work on. I'll be honest, and tell you that I've even fallen asleep at night while praying! But you just need to keep working on it, and asking God to help you get into the habit, and you will.

Time is confusing, and time is valuable... But it's how you use your time that makes it worth it.

Poetry Can Be So Unappreciated.

"Hold me tight in your arms, and don't let me go, I need your guidence to learn and grow. When my hope seems to fade away, show me that your love is here to stay. The ways of this world, make me sick. People choose the things they shouldn't pick. Instead of love, they chose to hate, and then they miss out on something truly great."

Poetry can be so unappreciated sometimes. It can be taken as dark, or depressing, when it could just simply be the author's attempt to get their point across, or express them selves. Poetry to me is an art, and can be used to glorify God.
The poem at the top of the page is pretty self explanatory, but some can be very confusing. Some poetry, is written with out a meaning though, so you can make it have any meaning you want it too.

Now, I will admit that there is some very dark poetry out there... That is infact about death, and hate, and other sad things such as those, but you will come across things like that just because the world is the way it is now a days... But that doesn't mean that all poetry is that way. I myself, have written poetry that may seem dark at first glance, but once you read it you see that there is a message behind it, and it is not actually a dark piece of work.

Even your poetry can be glorifying to God :)

I Strongly Dislike Labels.

Hello Everyone... Once again, I am very sorry for not having a post in a while. I was at a Summer camp, and had an amazing time, and there was a huge out pouring of the Holy Spirit there... People were speaking in tongues, being healed... It was the whole nine yards! LOL... Not quite the way to put something so amazing... But words cannot truly describe what happened at camp.

Anyways, I hope you are all having a blessed week, and aren't mad at me for not posting in so long. :)

I strongly dislike labels... Labels of all kinds. There is one in particular that I dislike the most, and it is the label "emo". Emo is an over-used label, that should never be used in the first place.
I often get called emo because of the dark colored clothes I like to wear, or fingerless gloves, or skinny jeans... But it's just my taste in clothes. I also enjoy loud music... Such as Skillet, Red, Decyfer Down, FlyLeaf, Thousand Foot Krutch, ect, ect.... And that does not make me emo. The original version of emo is "A depressed person who cuts them selves." and I am not that person. Personally, I don't think that people who cut themselves should be called Emo, or be looked down on. They are loved by God, just as much as anyone else is, and they need to be shown that, and that hurting themselves is not the answer. I've known more than one person that used to cut themselves... They did it for a number of reasons, but for most people that I've known it's because they don't feel good enough. Like they can't do anything right, and nobody loves them... And none of those things they thought were true. If you know someone who has a problem with cutting, don't hate them. Don't yell at them, or call them emo, and make poor judgments on them. Because as I said, Jesus loves them just like he loves anyone else. We have all made our own mistakes, and it's not up to us to judge others for their mistakes.

Another label I don't care for is the Boyfriend/Girlfriend label... Especially in the early teen ages... Such as 12, 13, and 14. There are even 9 year olds who have boyfriends. Now, I don't have anything against them, I just don't choose to follow what they do. I don't believe in the boyfriend/girlfriend thing. The worlds judgement of what love is, is totally whacked. I'm not going to go on and on about what love is because that would just turn into a whole other blog post. :D
I think that WAY too much gossip, and hurt comes with that label, and it really just isn't worth it, and it can draw you away from what God is wanting for you.

You should never judge something or someone just by what someone else says about them... Never judge a book by it's cover, or anything or anyone for that matter!

Have a blessed day, and feel free to comment and express any feelings or questions you may have!
